Heat freshly-drawn water to 100°C, use one level teaspoon of tea per person and brew for 1-3 minutes. Best served without milk.
Our Black Tea with Peach is housed in a decorative caddy designed by Charlotte Day. Originally trained as a Gardener with the Royal Horticultural Society, Day turned her attention to Illustration, studying print design and gaining a Master’s degree at Chelsea College of Art. She now uses her passion for plants to create illustrations that indulge her deep-rooted fascination with all things floral, using a combination of hand-painted and digital techniques.
